Barbara Vincent, REALTOR®
With more than 20 years of real estate experience, my goal has always been to provide my customers and clients with the highest level of care and service, not only to meet their needs, but to exceed their expectations. I have helped them buy or sell a home, but I have also become their "go to" person, their personal lifelong real estate consultant, someone they can go to when they want to know what the market is doing, whether mortgage rates are going up or down, or what their home is worth today even if they aren't thinking of selling. They want someone they can trust, someone who is available, and someone who cares.
In this new millennium, there are so many websites and blogs and internet sources of information for people to turn to, none of them policed or guaranteed to be accurate or current, and certainly none of them with your best interests at heart. This is one of the reasons why I am establishing a website of my own where you can go not only to search for homes but also to get the latest mortgage updates, find out neighborhood information, circle areas on a map that you want to track, and much more. Yes, this is going to be a work in progress for a while, and I will be delighted to hear your input on what you'd like to see and to have your suggestions on what I can improve.
I do want you to know that this is not a substitute for getting in touch with me directly--by phone, by email, in person. I never want to lose that personal touch which has become so important to me and my clients over the years. I thrive on this and I am never too busy to hear from you and never too busy for your referrals. As most of you know, about 5 years ago my husband joined me full time in real estate just so that we could always be available no matter how busy things got. For years he'd been doing a lot of my computer work and record keeping behind the scenes (that was his previous calling, computer programming) and now he works with me full time.
So whether you are a first-time visitor or a long-time friend, please don't hesitate to log in your contact information (I know. That's what turns me off about surfing other sites, but I promise I won't bug you endlessly if you tell me not to, but I would like to know who you are.) And I hope we'll be doing some real estate business together soon.
